An Act to amend the Criminal Records Act	C-23A	S.C. 2010, c. 5	June 29, 2010	The Act amends subsection 6(2) of the Criminal Records Act, which is listed in Schedule II of the ATIA.
An Act to promote the efficiency and adaptability of the Canadian economy by regulating certain activities that discourage reliance on electronic means of carrying out commercial activities, and to amend the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Act, the Competition Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Telecommunications Act	C-28	S.C. 2010, c. 23	December 15, 2010	The Act amends subsection 39(2) of the Telecommunications Act, which is listed in Schedule II of the ATIA.
An Act to amend the Museums Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts (Creating Canada's New National Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 Act)	C-34	S.C. 2010, c. 7	November 25, 2010	Paragraph 68(c) of the ATIA is amended to add material of the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 to the exclusions listed at section 68. The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 is added to Schedule I of the ATIA.
Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (An Act respecting the safety of consumer products)	C-36	S.C. 2010, c. 21	Royal Assent granted on December 15, 2010 Scheduled to come into force on June 20, 2011	The Act amends section 12 of the Hazardous Products Act, which is listed in Schedule II of the ATIA.
An Act to amend the Criminal Code and other Acts (Protecting Victims From Sex Offenders Act)	S-2		Royal Assent granted on December 15, 2010 Scheduled to come into force on April 15, 2011	The Act amends subsection 16(4) of the Sex Offender Information Registration Act, which is listed in Schedule II of the ATIA.
Statutory order to amend the Regulations Amending the Access to Information Regulations		SOR/ 2010-145	June 17, 2010	Item 4 of Schedule I of the Regulations is replaced by the Intelligence and Targeting Operations Directorate, Canada Border Services Agency.

C-51	An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Competition Act and the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Investigative Powers for the 21st Century Act)	First reading, November 1, 2010	The Bill amends section 487.3 of the Criminal Code, which is listed in Schedule II of the ATIA.
C-278	An Act to amend the Access to Information Act* (response time)*	First reading, March 3, 2010	The Bill provides that where a request is still outstanding 100 days after the request is received, a report explaining the delay and providing a projected completion date be sent to the requester and the Information Commissioner. It also requires that the Information Commissioner submit an annual report on the number of requests that were still outstanding 100 days after they were received.
C-326	An Act to amend the Access to Information Act* (open government)*	First reading: March 3, 2010	The Bill implements the proposals contained in the Open Government Act, made by former Information Commissioner John Reid in 2005.
C-334	An Act prohibiting the commission, abetting or exploitation of torture by Canadian officials and ensuring freedom from torture for all Canadians at home and abroad and making consequential amendments to other Acts	First reading: March 3, 2010	The Bill amends section 15 of the ATIA to ensure that it does not prevent the disclosure of records relating to torture.

S-225	An Act respecting the reorganization and privatization of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited	Second reading: March 8, 2011	The Bill proposes that Atomic Energy of Canada Limited cease to be a Crown corporation subject to the ATIA and that the exclusion in section 68.2 be repealed.
